These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phkay platform. By creating an account or accessing any part of the phkay website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read carefully before registering.
Key Terms You Should Know
These are not substitutes for the full agreement, but they summarize the most important points phkay players need to understand before playing.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use phkay. This is a strict requirement under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. phkay enforces age verification and reserves the right to suspend any account suspected of being held by a minor.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one phkay account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension. This policy protects the integrity of promotions and the fairness of the platform for all phkay players.
Bonus Wagering
All phkay bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry windows are specified per-promotion and are binding. Attempting to exploit or abuse phkay bonuses will result in account review and potential forfeiture.
Withdrawals & KYC
All withdrawal requests from phkay require identity verification (KYC) to be completed. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phkay login credentials. phkay will never ask for your password via email or chat. Prohibited Activities

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phkay ("phkay," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phkay.cam. By accessing the phkay website, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered through phkay, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the phkay platform and close your account. Your continued use of phkay following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to real-money gaming services at phkay is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;

phkay employs age verification procedures during registration and through mandatory KYC document submission. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant regulatory authority. phkay takes underage gaming extremely seriously and has zero tolerance for any attempt to circumvent age restriction controls.
3. Account Registration
To access real-money play at phkay, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID, your date of birth, your registered mobile number, and a unique password. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
phkay operates a one account per player policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active phkay account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment details — is a material breach of these Terms. phkay reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings derived from such accounts, and retain balances as an administrative handling fee.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phkay login credentials. phkay will never contact you requesting your password. You must notify phkay support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorization. phkay will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account prior to your reporting such unauthorized access to us.
4. Deposits & Payments
All deposits to your phkay account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. phkay does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Attempting to deposit using another person's GCash account, bank account, or payment card constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
phkay currently supports the following deposit methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Bank Transfer, BDO Bank Transfer, UnionBank Online, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take 5–10 minutes depending on the sending institution's processing time.
All transactions on phkay are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). phkay does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees outside of phkay's control. phkay is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.
The minimum deposit amount at phkay is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your phkay account and will need to be reversed through your original payment method.
5. Withdrawals & KYC Verification
phkay processes withdrawal requests to payment methods registered under your verified account identity. Before your first withdrawal is approved, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification by submitting a clear photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document and a selfie for biometric matching. Accepted documents include: Philippine National ID (PhilSys), passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, and driver's license.
KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. Your phkay account balance remains accessible for play during the verification period, but withdrawal requests will be held pending verification completion.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–10 minutes for GCash and Maya during operating hours (8:00 AM – 11:00 PM PHT, daily). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business hours. phkay targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM PHT.
phkay reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any time prior to processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts, unusual account activity, or where fraud prevention procedures require further identity confirmation.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
phkay offers various bonuses and promotional programs to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All phkay bonuses are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms.
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all phkay promotions:
- Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device unless the promotion explicitly permits multiple claims;
- Bonuses expire after the period specified in the promotional terms — typically 7 to 30 days from award. Expired bonuses are forfeited;
- phkay reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, subject to fulfilling commitments already made to players who have accepted and partially completed a promotion;
- Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, hedging bets to minimize variance, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture and account review.
phkay's promotional terms are published alongside each offer. It is your responsibility to read and understand promotion-specific requirements before opting in to any phkay bonus program.
7. Gameplay & Fair Play
All games available through phkay are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which has been tested and verified by independent third-party auditing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted in real time via video stream with no interference in outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all phkay games are disclosed within each game's information panel.
phkay is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through technical exploitation, software vulnerabilities, unauthorized third-party software, or collusion with other players or phkay staff is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offense under applicable law.
In the event of a technical malfunction, network disruption, or display error that affects a game session, phkay reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the associated bet to your phkay account balance. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction will not be honored. phkay's determination of the outcome during a technical dispute is final.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phkay platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
- Using phkay for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
- Using automated bots, scripts, AI software, or other non-human means to interact with phkay games;
- Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in phkay software for financial gain;
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in table or live casino games;
- Opening or using multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions or claim multiple bonuses;
- Providing false information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage of account use;
- Allowing or facilitating another person's use of your phkay account, whether for profit or otherwise;
- Attempting to access phkay systems, databases, or servers without authorization;
- Any conduct that phkay reasonably determines to be detrimental to the integrity, security, or reputation of the platform.
phkay maintains active fraud detection and anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring across all accounts and transactions. Suspected violations will be investigated, and phkay reserves the right to freeze accounts, void balances, and report matters to the relevant Philippine authorities without prior notice to the player.
9. Responsible Gaming
phkay believes that online gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. Every phkay account includes access to the following responsible gaming controls:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phkay account;
- Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period;
- Session Time Alerts: Receive reminders after a specified period of continuous play;
- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your phkay account for a defined period;

10. Privacy & Data Protection

By registering a phkay account, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time through your phkay account settings.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the phkay platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall "look and feel" of the website — is the property of phkay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phkay platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any content on the phkay platform without our express prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of phkay intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phkay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the phkay platform.
phkay's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your phkay account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phkay makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The phkay platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phkay will take commercially reasonable steps to maintain service availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
13. Account Termination
You may close your phkay account at any time by contacting phkay support via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
phkay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any phkay account at its discretion in the event of: a breach or suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity; regulatory requirements; or at the direction of any relevant regulatory authority. In cases of account closure for breach, phkay reserves the right to retain any balance as an administrative measure pending investigation.
14. Amendments to Terms
phkay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered phkay players via email notification and a prominent notice on the phkay website. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the phkay platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using phkay and may close your account in accordance with Section 13 above.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of phkay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting phkay support with a written description of the issue. phkay will endeavor to respond and propose a resolution within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
